What upload formats are supported by iNCoder Pro?
iNCoder Pro is able to receive video from any DV camcorder, webcam or mobile phone. For media files, iNCoder Pro supports Windows Media, AVI, MPEG, and QuickTime which can be submitted through iNCoder Pro’s drag and drop interface.

Can my users edit their content?
Yes. Users can do simple edits by setting specific mark in and out points before uploading their content.

What output formats are supported?

Currently, Framecaster supports Windows Media, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, and 3G as outputs. Additional codecs, including Flash FLV and DivX, will be incorporated in a future release.

How do people submit through DV cameras?
Users connect DV cameras to their computers through FireWire. Users can capture from any point on their tape or live through a webcam. Users may edit their content before submitting.
