Jaime Valenzuela, President/CTO, Founder
Jaime Valenzuela has more than 15 years of experience in engineering and technology development for media and entertainment companies. He served as Senior Engineer at eFilm/Deluxe and Thomson/Technicolor. Previously, he was Lead Audio Engineer at Vidfilm and Novastar. Valenzuela holds numerous patents and is the inventor of DigitalAir, a digital audio solution that was purchased by Technicolor. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from CSULA, and Music/Audio Recording from CSUDH, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Hassan Wharton-Ali, Chief Product Officer, Founder
Hassan Wharton-Ali is an expert in video compression, media asset management and other file-based video technologies. He recently served as a Senior Product Manager for Thomson Research where he was a member of a think-tank involved in the design and development of next generation media technologies. He also served as an HD Compression and Image Specialist for Technicolor Creative Services, where he oversaw encoding for the world’s first Blu-ray and HD-DVD discs. His background also includes service as an Encoding Specialist at Intertainer Inc., a pioneer in broadband video-on-demand. Wharton-Ali has wide-ranging relationships throughout the motion picture, television, multimedia and telecommunications industries.

Hegel Jang, Chief Financial Officer
Hegel Jang has more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance and strategic planning. He previously served as Director of Business Development at Technicolor and Galan Entertainment. He also held the post of Strategic Planning Manager at Toyota Motor Corporation. Jang earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance at California State University, Northridge, and an MBA from USC, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is a licensed CPA in the state of California and holds a CVA designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
